Business solutions
Work that sits between departments. A store that must open. A plant that needs vendors sequenced. An office that is not ready and a calendar that will not move. We write the scope, name the dependencies, and keep the paper that finance and the site can both read.
Typical intake: a short note, a floor or site, a budget band, and the person who can sign. We do not start from a blank “strategy” slide.
Project support
One desk between the client, the contractors, and the calendar. Weekly status that names blockers. A single list of decisions that are open. We do not bury the job in a tool the field will not open.
We stay until close-out: snags, certificates, and a handover pack that can be filed. If the file needs a second trade we do not control, we say that before we price the middle.
General contracting
Works we can staff and stand behind. Fit-out, readiness, and field packages where we can put people on site and answer for the result. Not a catalogue of every trade in Lagos.
If we cannot staff it, we will not take the line. Subcontracted work is named in the brief. We do not hide a vendor behind our letterhead.
Partnerships
Repeat files with organizations that already know how they buy. Practical solutions and long-term partnerships — the line from the first post. A one-off pitch with no site is not a partnership.
